New Curriculum

  1. I don't know if I've said it before but I really love the interplay between Bobbi and Chrissy in these caps and what they reveal about each character. If you accept some of the earlier captions as having an earlier place in the chronology (which, obviously I do) you can chart the trajectory of Bobbi's relationship with abusive racial elements. Some captions present Bobbi as having initially been attractive to girls in the same way he is desirable for men, for being fine featured, fashion forward and at least until the domination games and body modification began, he was every bit the 'typical' young white boy. Chrissy on the other hand is slightly younger and it can be assumed he never had to make the adjustment from traditional (if heavily skewed) heterosexual behavior to being a fetish doll. There's no apparent self-criticism, no shame and especially no reluctance, this is his status quo. He's just so into it and Bobbi is the only one who has to come to terms with redefining his masculinity. Maybe it's too much to ask but is there any chance of seeing a small series some day highlighting the differences between the two?
